Leading lawyers have communicated their disagreement towards the choice of the Lahore High Court in the plea for bail of Jang-Geo Editor-in-Chief Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman for the false plot case. In a Geo program – Capital Talk on Wednesday, Abid Saqi, Pakistan Bar Council Vice-Chairman stated that the legal framework in the nation and completely stated that the legal framework had completely fell, adding there was no reason to close shut accountability courts.

Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha, Barrister stated that he was upset and disappointed towards the excusal of the bail appeal of Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman. He said he trusted that the Editor-in-Chief would be rescued soon with the goal that suffocation for the media front could be over.

Mr Abid Saqi, in one of the Geo program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Saath, stated that a conventional discussion on the Lahore High Court choice on the bail request was unrealistic pending the well explained judgment. He stated that the advice for Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman had contended well in the court and would be taken to the Supreme Court and there would be a right judgement. There was not a solitary point by the prosecution that was reacted to. Or maybe the prosecution neglected to react to specific inquiries. Mr Pervaiz stated that as he would see it was great case in the light of the past decisions of the Supeme Courts and four high courts, including the Lahore High Court.
